Job Summary
Analytics & Outcomes Partner role responsible for transforming Occupational Health, wellness, and care activity data into clear, client-ready insights to enable performance tracking, renewals, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with Corporate Health, Clinical Transformation, Client Engagement, Operations, and Care Navigation teams to produce standardized dashboards and client-facing reports covering utilization, risk indicators, participation, and outcomes. Ensures accuracy, consistency of metrics, and timely data outputs to support data-driven decision making for internal teams and corporate clients. Requires 4–7 years of healthcare analytics experience, strong Excel/reporting tool proficiency, and ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Four to seven years of experience in healthcare analytics, reporting, operations analysis, or outcomes measurement
- Strong proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, or dashboards
- Able to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with healthcare, insurance, OH, or wellness data sets preferred
- Comfortable working with imperfect data and improving data quality over time
