Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Partner with Communications and Fundraising Leadership to create performance metrics dictionaries and standardize reporting frameworks across the organization. Supervise the Donor Data Analyst while leading the development of Power BI dashboards and automated analytics tools that integrate Blackbaud CRM, Snowflake, and Amperity data. Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize pipelines and work with Marketing stakeholders to build donor segmentation models for journey mapping. Analyze datasets to identify donor capacity, propensity, and engagement indicators, then translate findings into actionable recommendations for regional development teams. Prepare data-driven presentations for leadership and ensure all analytical outputs maintain high data integrity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, fundraising/sales analytics, BI/reporting, or donor/customer insights
  • Proficiency with Power BI and experience querying data in Snowflake and SQL
  • Experience with an enterprise CRM (Blackbaud CRM or comparable) and a Customer Data Platform such as Amperity for donor/customer data integration and segmentation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience with donor/customer segmentation, retention analytics, and lifecycle modeling
  • Supervisory experience or ability to lead and mentor analysts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams
  • High attention to detail and data integrity
  • Experience using AI tools for research or donor intelligence
  • Experience in nonprofit fundraising environments
