Job Summary
Lead client engagements end-to-end, managing engagement execution including deliverable timelines, economics, scope, quality, and customer satisfaction. Synthesize data into insights and hypotheses to simplify complex findings for non-technical stakeholders, translating data-driven solutions into strategic recommendations. Mentor and develop teams of data professionals while adapting to ambiguity and managing multiple projects of varying scope. This role supports Blue Ops Partners' strategic FP&A advisory and operational finance work for private equity and investment banking clients.

- Undergraduate B.S. degree
- 5-8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data, consulting, or similar fields
- Proficiency in cloud-based data platforms such as Azure DataLake, AWS, and Snowflake
- Advanced expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Python, R, and other scripting languages for data manipulation, automation, and querying
- Experience with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or Talend
- Experience with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)
- Understanding of data governance, security, and best practices
- Familiarity with M365 applications and their integration with data platforms
- Strong consulting background — identifying client business needs, delivering data-driven solutions, and leading workshops, trainings, and knowledge transfer
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello
- Ability to develop business cases and KPIs
- Ability to translate data findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
