Job Summary
Define pricing strategy, structure new platform deals, and perform economic analyses to optimize portfolio performance and economics. Leverage industry research and proprietary data to understand market sizing, merchant preferences, and product market fit. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international market expansion, monitor pricing offerings, and design tests to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in a fast-paced analytical role (pricing, consulting, finance, risk, lending, investment banking, deal desk, etc)
- Strong analytical skills
- proficient with analytical tools (Excel, Snowflake, Sigma)
- script languages (SQL, Python or others)
- Strong curiosity and bias toward leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and increase personal and team productivity
- High attention to detail
- ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context
- deep knowledge of lending and/or payments space
