Job Summary
Define pricing strategy, structure new platform deals, and perform economic analyses to optimize portfolio performance and economics. Leverage industry research and proprietary data to understand market sizing, merchant preferences, and product market fit. Draw insights from performance data to design and test new pricing constructs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international market expansion and monitor, experiment, and iterate pricing offerings. This role supports the Merchant Pricing team's next phase of growth into international markets, requiring deep knowledge of lending and payments spaces.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in a fast-paced analytical role (pricing, consulting, finance, risk, lending, investment banking, deal desk, etc)
- Strong analytical skills
- proficient with analytical tools (Excel, Snowflake, Sigma)
- script languages (SQL, Python or others)
- Strong curiosity and bias toward leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and increase personal and team productivity
- High attention to detail
- ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context
- deep knowledge of lending and/or payments space
