Job Summary
Generate reports and dashboards to track eCommerce, marketing, and customer metrics. Work as a cross-functional partner with e-commerce stakeholders to define metrics, conduct data pulls, and ensure commercial teams have insights for decision-making. Collaborate with Merchandising and Commercial teams to identify trends that enhance operational efficiency and trade outcomes. Present analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to support strategic initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, SQL proficiency, and familiarity with Tableau or Looker. Based in Central London, this hybrid position involves three days in the office per week.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a related discipline
- Prior internship, academic projects, or online coursework involving data analysis
- Basic SQL proficiency for querying and analysing large datasets
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
- Expected to be in the office three days per week
