Job Summary
Analytics & Insights Partner to advise LEGO Group leadership and drive data-informed decisions for ROBGIS region; hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the Bucharest office and 2 days from home, focusing on strategic advisory, performance analysis, forecasting, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to support short-term and long-term business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum C1 level of fluency in English
- Experience in (advanced) analytics and data insights roles, preferably in consumer goods, retail or consultancy company
- Ability to verbally present insights in a clear and actionable format for senior leadership up to General Manager level
- Strong understanding of commercial market trends, commercial performance drivers, and consumer behaviour
- Skilled in partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing decisions
- Proven experience in building structuring datasets
- Ability to synthesise data for diverse audiences and manage ad hoc projects
- Intermediate expertise in SQL, Python, and tools like Snowflake or Databricks
- Proficient in data modelling, exploratory analysis, and statistical techniques
