Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data analytics, dashboard, and automation solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and PowerShell. Partner with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical requirements, metrics, and automated processes while establishing standards for data quality and lifecycle management. Directly manage the Data Analytics team, overseeing workload prioritization, performance, and professional development, and provide oversight to the investigative analysis function through its Team Lead. Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze trends, root causes, and systemic issues affecting traveler-related information, leveraging emerging AI technologies to enhance analytical capabilities and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and dashboard development
- Experience leading or managing technical or analytical personnel
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools and associated process, such as Microsoft Power BI and dashboard/report development
- Data modeling

- Hands-on experience developing or supporting data and dashboard automation using Microsoft Power Automate
