Job Summary
Lead the Sales Enablement team as the analytics partner by delivering actionable insights, responding to ad hoc data requests, and translating business questions into data-driven recommendations. Analyze campaign, product adoption, and customer performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks while building executive-ready reports and dashboards that monitor key metrics. Own the development of recurring reports and BI dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, standardize workflows, and recommend automation to reduce manual effort. Establish KPIs for training effectiveness and seller performance, partnering with Product, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to drive continuous improvement. Report into the VP of Sales Enablement within Locala's Miami office under a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, sales analytics, or revenue operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with large datasets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and data analysis)
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools
- Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks)
- Ability to analyze, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources
- Experience creating dashboards, recurring reports, and executive-level reporting
- Must be able to work in-person in our Miami office for our hybrid schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Python for data analysis and reporting automation
- Experience writing scripts to automate recurring reporting and analytical workflows
- Experience working with APIs and data integrations
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline concepts
