Job Summary
Analytics & Insights Lead responsible for developing, governing and continuously enhancing robust short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts for new and existing products. Integrates forecasting with market, performance, and customer insights and drives analytics/AI-enabled approaches with internal and global partners. Leads cross-functional coordination within IBEX to ensure consistency of forecasts, assumptions, scenarios, and narratives across brands, indications, and initiatives, and delivers clear, management-ready recommendations to Senior Management. Collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing and Medical teams to align strategic insights, brand planning and customer engagement. The role requires senior-level analytical leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to fuse diverse analyses into a coherent overall picture while shaping future analytics capabilities and standards. Plus points for experience with Customer-Engagement data, resource-planning optimization, and applying modern analytics/AI methods in a commercial pharma context. This position is based in Hamburg, with a focus on building and steering analytics for the portfolio within the IBEX area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, pharma, or medical field
- 5-7 years of experience in forecasting, market research, and reporting in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience driving improvements in speed, quality, or scalability of insights using data- or AI-based approaches
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with Senior Management
- Willingness to collaborate across Marketing, Medical, Sales and other teams
- Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations and a cohesive executive narrative
