Analytics Implementation Specialist

Implement tracking for Hemnet and establish tracking plans to ensure multiple development teams track data consistently and accurately. Build and refine the technical foundation for tracking; develop Hemnet’s data structure so behavioral data is accessible and useful across teams. Ensure compliance by collaborating with the legal team to follow Swedish law and privacy regulations over time. Serve as the bridge between development, product analysts, and other business units to ensure that user data is accurate, AI-ready, and that the right things are tracked. Focus on the back end of analytics, ensuring data is clean, reliable, and well-modeled to improve user experiences. Qualifications emphasize multiple years of experience with tracking implementations, migrations and/or validations and strong stakeholder communication to translate analytics requirements into actionable tracking specifications for developers. Office-first culture with Stockholm-based role and limited relocation support.
