Analytics Engineer

Job Summary
Analytics Engineer to own data models and analytics for the mobile F2P title Star Merge. Build and maintain reliable data models and business logic for product and marketing analytics; collaborate with developers to ensure proper tracking of data; perform deep-dive analyses on complex product questions; ensure data quality and consistency across the analytics layer; communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders; contribute to data governance practices including documentation and maintainability. Nice to have: understanding of mobile game economics and user acquisition; Python; Git; BigQuery optimization; DBT; AI-driven development; experience with Looker/Omni; experience with DBT and best practices. We offer a remote-first environment with multiple collaboration models, a standard 5-day workweek, GMT+3 alignment, and offices in Moldova and Estonia.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or data/BI engineer, preferably in mobile gaming
- Strong SQL skills for data modelling and extraction
- Hands-on experience with modern BI tools (Looker/Omni preferred)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- High level of ownership, proactivity, and flexibility
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
