Job Summary
Develop and evolve data products ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to architectural best practices. Translate business challenges into efficient technical solutions by collaborating with internal stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and scopes. Manage backlog refinement using agile methodologies in Jira while maintaining documentation for both new and legacy data products. Ensure data governance through testing, technical and functional documentation, monitoring, and change communication. Contribute to the evolution of the data platform and disseminate a data-driven culture across the company. Work remotely with a focus on delivering strategic value through AI and machine learning applications.
Required Qualifications
- Sólidos conhecimentos em SQL e Modelagem de Dados (conceitual, lógica e física / dimensional)
- Conhecimentos em Python e dbt para modelagens, validações e testes dos dados, automações, manipulação de dados e scripts
- Experiência em orquestração de pipelines e jobs com Airflow e/ou GitHub Actions
- Noções de CI/CD aplicados à engenharia/analytics de dados
- Conhecimento em versionamento de código com GitHub
- Conhecimento em ambiente Cloud (GCP - Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery)
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de Data Visualization
Desired Qualifications
- Conhecimento em Engenharia de Dados e em ingestão de dados/criação de pipelines
- Conhecimento em IA e automatizações
- Vivência em arquiteturas modernas de dados (Modern Data Stack, Lakehouse, Medalion)
- Experiência prévia no mercado imobiliário (proptech's)
