Analytics Engineer III

Analytics Engineer III at Bristol Myers Squibb ( Hyderabad, India ) leading end-to-end data and ML engineering across enterprise analytics platforms. Own design, build, and operation of data engineering and ML engineering systems powering analytics, data science, and AI/ML at scale. Hands-on delivery of enterprise-grade data products, ML pipelines, and platform infrastructure; collaborate with US counterparts, data scientists, and platform teams; contribute to team standards, code reviews, and junior engineer growth. Focus areas include Databricks lakehouse pipelines (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, DLT), CI/CD for data & ML, feature engineering and model deployment/monitoring, MLOps platform components (experiments, model registries, CI/CD for ML, feature stores), observability (Great Expectations, Pandera, Evidently, Prometheus, Grafana), and governance (Unity Catalog, IAM, GxP/HIPAA). Comfortable with cloud migrations to AWS, Databricks, and Kubernetes; able to operate across databricks, Spark, Python, SQL, and containerized environments; collaborative across Data Science, Data Engineering, IT, and international teams. Adheres to pharmaceutical data governance standards and communicates technical decisions via documentation and RFCs.
