Job Summary
Design dimensional models and star schemas for retail data, including sales, inventory, and customer behavior metrics. Develop and maintain data infrastructure by building robust pipelines with dbt, SQL, and Apache Airflow. Lead end-to-end analytics projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing deliverable timelines. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, document data lineage, and implement comprehensive data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and database technologies
- Core expertise with dbt (data build tool)
- Experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Desired Qualifications
- worked in a Retail/D2C domain
- Good understanding of the entire D2C / E-Commerce marketing value chain
