Job Summary
Design and build executive and operational dashboards that leaders rely on for daily decision-making. Build and shape the underlying analytics datasets by writing complex SQL, modeling data with star schemas, and preparing views that are fast, accurate, and consistent. Turn complex, cross-functional data into clear, intuitive, and trustworthy visual analytics by partnering with executives and business teams to answer their real questions. Establish standards for dashboard design, data modeling, storytelling, and self-service analytics across the company to ensure a single source of truth. Ensure every number behind every view is accurate, governed, and consistent.
Required Qualifications
- Tableau — advanced dashboard design, performance optimization, and best practices
- Strong SQL — writing complex queries to shape, transform, and validate data for analytics
- Data modeling for analytics — star schemas and well-structured, performant reporting datasets
- Python — for data preparation, transformation, and automating recurring analytics work
- Translating business questions into clear, self-service dashboards
- A strong eye for visual design, data storytelling, and executive-ready presentation
- Attention to data accuracy, consistency, and governance in reporting
Desired Qualifications
- Cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or equivalent
- ERP and CRM platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce
- Working with modern data platforms / lakehouse environments
- dbt or similar transformation and orchestration tools
