Analytics Engineer

Job Summary
Design, build, and own end-to-end data models within a dbt-powered unified data model, refactoring messy datasets into a single source of truth. Act as a consultative partner to Product and Go-to-Market teams, uncovering underlying business problems to deliver proactive, data-driven insights that drive measurable outcomes. Champion self-service analytics culture by guiding stakeholders toward scalable solutions and upskilling the organization on modern GenAI tooling. Implement AI data agents and automation for key metrics while maintaining data quality tests and governance best practices. Mentor junior engineers and proactively improve team processes. Based in Paris with a hybrid schedule (office Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays), this role requires 3+ years of analytics engineering experience and fluency in SQL, dbt, and Python.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an Analytics Engineering position or equivalent role
- Expert in SQL and dbt
- Deep, hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining complex data models in a production environment
- Strong strategic business acumen
- Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS engine
- Ability to speak the language of ARR, NRR, churn, and product-led growth
- Highly consultative stakeholder management skills
- Ability to uncover the true business need, drive alignment, and take proactive ownership of initiatives from end to end
- Fluency in English: verbal and written
- Fluency with AI coding platforms such as Claude Code
- Demonstrated experience integrating modern GenAI tooling into your day-to-day analytics workflow
- Ability to mentor the rest of the organisation on these tools
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous, high-exposure environment
- Relentless curiosity to untangle complex data puzzles
- Must be based in Paris
- English as your working language
