Own the company's source of truth for payments data by transforming raw transaction events into trusted metrics, actionable insights, and merchant-facing reporting that directly improve authorization rates and routing performance. Define and standardize metrics across transactions, routing, declines, and retries to eliminate inconsistencies and ensure the organization operates on aligned KPIs. Build scalable, well-structured data models that power internal and external reporting while implementing testing, monitoring, and alerting to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Leverage AI tools like OpenAI Codex, Cursor, and Claude to accelerate development, analysis, and problem-solving within a high-velocity global team. Drive measurable improvements in authorization rates by identifying root causes of declines and influencing routing and retry strategies with data-backed recommendations.
