Job Summary
Analytics Engineer at ABOUT YOU – take ownership of the supply data, turn it into reliable, analysis-ready datasets, and partner with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Supply stakeholders. Build and monitor data pipelines (Python + GCP), simplify transformations to avoid rework, and document schemas, lineage, and data contracts. You’ll guard the platform with data-access boundaries, cost monitoring, and performance tuning, while mentoring junior analysts and raising SQL skills across the Supply team. Collaborate across teams to establish data contracts and align upstream sources with downstream consumers and analysts.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional data engineering experience
- Python skills for ETL and orchestration
- GCP experience (BigQuery)
- Strong SQL skills with complex queries
- Knowledge of data contracts, schemas, and lineage
- IAM and data-access governance
- CI/CD experience
- Mentoring junior analysts
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years data engineering experience

- Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, optimization)
