Job Summary
Identify, track, and analyze key operational and usage metrics for Yubi's chatbot systems, including response time, accuracy, and user retention. Develop data collection strategies, design interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, and conduct A/B testing to optimize chatbot performance and user experience. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX teams to incorporate analytics into development, while regularly presenting findings to senior management. Requires 3-6 years of experience in analytics roles with proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 Years experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in an analytics role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) for data visualization and reporting
- Strong analytical thinking with a deep understanding of KPIs and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in an easily understandable manner
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Experience with chatbot data analytics or natural language processing (NLP) systems
