Job Summary
Communicate findings through clear written summaries, presentations, and visualizations that explain what happened, why it happened, and what action should be considered. Build business and consulting capability by translating stakeholder questions into analytical approaches, hypotheses, metrics, and recommendations. Use AI, automation, and reusable templates to improve the speed and quality of analysis, reporting, and insight generation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, verify, and document data sources, business logic, assumptions, and reporting requirements. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations that help stakeholders monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, advanced SQL expertise, and proficiency with large-scale data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a data analyst or consultant role
- Advanced SQL expertise, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and complex aggregations
- Experience working with large-scale data platforms such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Analytic thinker with a proven ability to interpret analytical output and translate data into insights
- Knowledge of statistical concepts such as significance testing and sampling
- Demonstrates strong time management skills and can manage competing demands
- Strong attention to detail
