Job Summary
Analyze integrated healthcare datasets including claims, EHR, lab, and pharmacy data to generate patient-level insights and develop predictive models. Conduct treatment pattern, line-of-therapy, and disease progression analyses while defining cohorts and episode-of-care frameworks. Build and validate complex SQL and Python models for classification, regression, and survival analysis. Translate analytical findings into clear, strategic insights and deliver executive-ready presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Quantify business and clinical impact of recommendations while adapting to evolving client priorities and ambiguous problem statements.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, life sciences analytics, or consulting
- Hands-on experience with patient-level healthcare datasets
- Experience working across multiple therapeutic areas
- Experience delivering analytics in a client-facing environment
- Advanced SQL and Python skills
- Experience building and validating predictive models
- Strong understanding of care delivery and patient pathways
- Experience linking claims, EHR, lab, and pharmacy data
- Knowledge of longitudinal analysis and real-world evidence generation
- Ability to synthesize complex analyses into actionable recommendations
- Experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders
- Learning agility and intellectual curiosity
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Collaborative team player with strong client orientation
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or related field
