Job Summary
Design and deliver end-to-end analytical solutions for clients, translating business challenges into practical, scalable recommendations through predictive modeling, scorecard development, and machine learning. Provide technical leadership across the model lifecycle while leading workshops, presentations, and discussions to communicate risks and trade-offs to diverse audiences. Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts to develop their technical capabilities throughout project delivery. Define solution approaches that balance analytical methods, data, technology, and business value.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or another quantitative discipline.
- Experience developing predictive models, credit risk scorecards, and analytical solutions within financial services or a consulting environment.
- Programming skills in Python, SQL, and SAS, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
- An understanding of statistical modelling, machine learning, model monitoring, validation, and model governance.
- 1+ years of experience designing scalable analytical solutions and applying automation or GenAI to improve analytical processes.
