Analytics and Insights Specialist - CX Team

Job Summary
Analytics-focused role within the CX team, responsible for scalable reporting, operational analysis, and actionable insights across our customer experience data ecosystem (Looker, Zendesk, Chattermill, Shopify, etc.). Build and optimize dashboards and reporting to reveal customer behavior and operational performance, identify trends, surface pain points, and help teams make data-informed decisions. Collaborate with the internal BI team to shape and prioritise data assets, leverage AI and automation to accelerate analysis, improve workflows, and reduce manual effort, while driving stories and insights that influence business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- SQL skills
- Experience with Looker, Zendesk Analytics, or similar BI tools
- Ability to build scalable reporting and dashboards
- Experience turning data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with AI and automation in analytics
