Job Summary
Oversee and direct a team of technicians responsible for the calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of atmospheric gas analytical systems used in electronics manufacturing. Lead the ongoing development of staff, manage project delivery with internal and external stakeholders, monitor analyzer availability and reliability, and supervise spare parts and third-party contractor services. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills, while maintaining a strong safety focus and the ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- A self-motivated leader with 3-5 years of experience in a technical field.
- Proven experience with analytical instruments such as mass spectrometry, gas chromatography, and FTIR, ideally in an industrial setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with a team.
- An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% within the U.S. and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong safety focus.
