Analytical Service Officer

Analytical Service Officer to coordinate client sample receipt, discrepancies, and daily scheduling for analytical service and registration teams; ensure end-to-end sample flow, maintain clear client and laboratory communication to meet turnaround times, and support regulatory/compliance requirements and quality objectives. Responsibilities include liaising between clients and the laboratory, managing eLIMS setup and troubleshooting, supporting Go-Live activities for new clients, ensuring accurate sample information capture, maintaining quality records, and promoting a safe, compliant work environment. Requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of experience; role is based in Girraween, NSW with in-person work.
