Job Summary
Analytical Scientist in the CTDMO within MilliporeSigma's Life Sciences group will perform hands-on analytical method development and optimization for external customers in ADCs, qualify and transfer methods into Quality Control to support GMP release testing, document results with ALCOA+ governance, and deliver data to stakeholders. The role entails independent daily management, leading project initiatives and process improvements, and mentoring less-experienced scientists, evolving into a subject-matter authority for troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or other Scientific discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in method development within a GMP/pre-GMP environment.
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or other Scientific discipline with 1+ years of experience in method development within a GMP/pre-GMP environment.
- PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or other Scientific discipline.
