Job Summary
Senior Scientist in Analytical Sciences & Technology responsible for analytical method development, validation, lifecycle management, and technology transfer for the commercial small molecule portfolio. Oversees analytical testing and method performance at CDMOs/contract labs, collaborates cross-functionally with Analytical Development, Process Development, Commercial Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain, and provides SME guidance on analytical requirements to ensure launch readiness and lifecycle management. Requires strong technical writing, knowledge of ICH/FDA/EMA guidelines, GMP experience, and hands-on experience with methods related to small molecule products; role supports Hybrid-Eligible or On-Site work in Boston.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Science or related discipline
- 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience in analytical method development, characterization, qualification/validation
- Knowledge of ICH/FDA/EMA guidelines with GMP background
- Experience overseeing contract analytical testing (CMO/CDMO)
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage timelines
- Experience with commercial small molecule products and cGMP manufacturing
