Job Summary
Analytical Instrumentation Support in a on-site QC Lab responsible for instrument validation, verification, and handling Out of Specification (OOS) issues from a QC perspective. Role includes technical evaluation of QC lab processes related to method and instrument validation, analysis of SQC data focusing on instrument/technician performance, maintaining instrument manuals and calibration protocols, implementing improvements to reduce analytical variation, leading method implementation and validation efforts, and participating in cross-functional project teams to drive QC lab performance in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in chemistry or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience commensurate with technology within the plant’s lab.
- Experience in instrumentation troubleshooting.
