Job Summary
Responsible for developing, validating and transferring analytical methods for small molecule drug products used in early-stage clinical trials; lead or supervise analytical development activities, provide guidance on instrumentation (HPLC, GC, Dissolution), ensure GLP/GMP compliance, and communicate results and recommendations to management and clients. Esteemed expectations include designing robust analytical workflows, interpreting complex data, training staff, and enabling efficient formulation and process development while adhering to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry
- 3-5 years of experience in early phase small molecule pharmaceutical product development
- Master's or PhD degree strongly preferred
