Job Summary
Design, test, and administer surveys across multiple platforms to evaluate adherence to Intelligence Community analytic standards. Assist clients in selecting appropriate survey tools and offer expert support on methodological, technological, and ethical aspects including neutrality, precision, and respondent anonymity. Resolve technical issues pre-launch and during administration to ensure accessibility and data accuracy. Consolidate results, analyze free text responses using AI/LLM tools for human review, and develop customized briefing materials with visualizations for senior management. Requires TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance, BS/Master's degree, and 6–12 years of experience in survey tools and data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
- BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience
- Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Expertise in survey tools and software (e.g., LimeSurvey)
- Expertise with survey data analysis methodologies and tools (Tableau, Microsoft Excel, IBM SPSS)
