Analytic Objectivity and Process Survey Support Specialist

Analytic Objectivity and Process Survey Support Specialist responsibilities include designing, testing, and administering surveys; collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting survey data; and preparing tailored briefings to assess IC analytic standards across elements and commands. The role requires recommending survey design across platforms, assisting customers in selecting survey tools, and providing expert guidance on methodological, technological, and ethical aspects (neural neutrality, precision, repeatability, cost-benefit analyses, and maintaining respondent anonymity). You’ll ensure survey accessibility and accuracy, manage cross-platform administration during the survey period, consolidate data for integrated analysis, compile and organize free-text responses, and run AI/LLM tools with prompts for human review. You will develop and present survey findings using visualization techniques (e.g., scatter, donut, stacked column charts) to communicate results to senior management, and create customized briefing materials featuring aggregate and element-specific data for key stakeholders.
