Job Summary
Analytic Methodologist needed to develop and apply advanced analytical methodologies for DIA support, designing analytical frameworks and structured analytic techniques, conducting methodological research, training analysts on analytical methods and critical thinking, and assessing products for rigor and bias while collaborating to improve analytical processes in the DIA program. Must hold active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance; requires a Master's degree (PhD preferred) with 8-12 years of intelligence analysis or methodological experience; expertise in structured analytic techniques and intelligence tradecraft; strong communication and critical thinking skills.

- Master's degree (PhD preferred) in relevant field with 8-12 years of intelligence analysis or methodological experience
- Expert in structured analytic techniques and intelligence tradecraft
- Experience developing and teaching analytical methodologies
- Deep understanding of cognitive biases and analytical pitfalls
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
