Job Summary
Work with business support functions to determine data collection methods and ensure consistency in data capture, storage, and transfer. Process, review, and publish metrics to aid decision-making while performing data quality validation on analytics department outputs. Train users across all levels in tools developed by the analytics department and support the implementation of a site-level Manufacturing Execution System. Troubleshoot production issues and maintain systems aligned with uptime requirements, including 24/7 plant support via phone. Develop systems supporting Digital 4.0 project initiatives and bridge cross-functional groups to achieve desired outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER
- BS in a technical discipline, mathematics, computer science, and/or evidence of exceptional experience
- Experience with data processing, analysis, and validation using Microsoft products
- SQL experience
- Experience with data visualization using Microsoft products
- Must be available via phone for 24/7 plant support
- Self-starter with curiosity about processes and products willing to dive into problems
- Strong sense of team and ability to bridge cross functional groups to achieve desired outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision
- Willingness to learn and retain knowledge of basic programing skills in C#, ASP.net, and Visual Basic
