Analyste Structuration & Financement Immobilier

Structure and finance real estate operations for professional B2B clients, including promoters and property dealers. Design tailored financial structures using debt and equity, modeling business plans, cash flows, and returns. Negotiate traditional bank loans and private debt solutions, structuring tranches and conditions such as covenants and guarantees. Identify and cultivate strategic banking relationships while sourcing and managing private debt funds. Assemble club deals, structuring investment vehicles and coordinating legal and financial documentation. Manage ongoing relations with all lending partners. Requires 3–5 years of experience in real estate structuring and financing, strong financial modeling skills, and an established network of lenders. Based on the Côte d'Azur.
