Job Summary
Contract temporary Reinsurance Analyst role in Montreal, responsible for quality control of transaction files, accurate data entry into the reinsurance system, handling complex transactions rejected by automated validation, processing premium billing/payments, and collaborating across the Administration service to meet departmental goals. Requires bilingual English/French capability, strong numerical and analytical skills, proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word, familiarity with SQL/VBA/Power BI/Power Automate, and the ability to manage multiple files with initiative. The position includes a 14-month contract term with hybrid work arrangements and a compensation range of $53,650–$67,050 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or relevant professional experience
- Experience in reinsurance administration is an asset
- Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Broad knowledge of micro-computing (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA, Power BI or Power Automate is an asset
