Job Summary
Develop system components by breaking down business requirements into programming units, then coding, unit testing, and migrating these units across multiple environments. Document all programming work according to organizational standards and support various testing levels, including production deployment. Collaborate with the organic architecture consultant on component decomposition and participate in establishing organizational rules and preparing data for testing and training. Transfer knowledge to designated personnel and support other responsibilities relevant to an analyst-programmer role. This position requires 10 years of experience in IT, including five in functional analysis and five in central platform system development, with specific expertise in DB2, Cobol, Endevor, TSO, JCL, and the 3270 emulator. Candidates must demonstrate two completed mandates of 110 days each involving 1,000 days of programming work. Located in Quebec, this role offers flexible hours and remote work options within a multidisciplinary team supporting national and international projects in transportation, civil engineering, and IT.
Required Qualifications
