Job Summary
Product management analyst to oversee asset-management product offerings, serving as the product interface to front office (investment, sales, private banking, senior management) and support teams (risk, compliance, legal, middle/back office). Responsibilities include drafting product specifications and requirements (including investment directives and operational/regulatory constraints), coordinating projects with management, legal, risk, and operations, conducting product studies to define positioning and coherence of the OPC/gamme, enriching internal product data bases, developing tools and processes to facilitate product commercialization in liaison with marketing, and monitoring regulatory developments (ESG, MiFID, SFDR) and integrating AI into tools. Required formation and experience: Bac +4/5 in Finance or Asset Management; 2–5 years at an asset manager; strong analytical and writing skills; teamwork and English proficiency; proficient with MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Formation supérieure Bac +4 ou +5 en Finance ou Gestion d’Actifs
- Expérience 2 à 5 ans chez un asset manager
- Bonne compréhension de l’univers de la gestion d’actifs et de la vie des OPCVM
- Capacités d’analyse et rédactionnelles
- Bon niveau d’anglais
- Compétences en informatique MS Office
- Capacités d’écoute, de communication et relationnelles
- Goût pour le travail en équipe, à fédérer et créer du consensus
