Job Summary

Design, administer, and evaluate base pay, incentive programs, and benefits offerings to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Conduct job evaluations, manage annual compensation cycles, and analyze benefits utilization to optimize program effectiveness and costs. Provide data-driven advice to HR Business Partners on pay decisions, offers, and retention strategies while supporting governance, audit readiness, and compliance with applicable regulations. Contribute to total rewards surveys, vendor management, and cross-functional HR transformation projects focused on improving processes and systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Solid knowledge in market pricing, design and analytics combined with knowledge of benefits
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation planning systems

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of international compensation and benefits practices
  • Professional designation such as CCP, CBP, CHRP/CHRL (or equivalent)
