Job Summary
Manage Microsoft Configuration Manager, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops platforms, and Windows client operating systems including images, task sequences, Autopilot, and driver updates. Deploy software packages, integrate applications, and automate tasks using scripting to enhance efficiency and compliance. Monitor system health, performance, and utilization metrics while providing top-tier support for responsible systems. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and security standards, prepare technical documentation, and contribute to strategic planning and risk mitigation. Collaborate with IT stakeholders and vendors on system integration, issue resolution, and roadmap insights. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices within the national IT Security and Operations team.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of five years full-time work experience with all aspects of managing endpoints in an enterprise environment
- Must have experience in Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM, Intune)
- Must have expertise in Windows operating systems, task sequences, and Autopilot configuration
- Must have expertise in software packaging and deployments
- Must have experience scripting
- Experience with PowerShell and MS Graph
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision and take initiative
- Availability to work overtime, when necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and VMWare
- Experience with M365 application management is an asset
