Analyste OEC – (Montréal)

Monitor transactions and processes within the Compliance Program, such as sponsorships and grants, to verify adherence to policies, procedures, and controls. Adapt global and regional training materials to local needs and languages, developing guidelines and presentations for OEC training sessions. Support the Data Privacy Program by assisting Privacy Stewards as primary division contacts and managing related tasks. Respond to employee consultations regarding policies, procedures, and transactional matters covering topics like GPAS, 3PP, and audits. Report to the Canada OEC Sr. Manager, reporting four days of on-site presence in Montreal with one remote day option.
