Design and maintain technical-functional workflows aligned with macro-journeys, identify gaps between requirements and existing solutions, and define acceptance criteria. Ensure full traceability of requirements from user stories to deployment while documenting use cases, test plans, and user manuals. Maintain CAB dossiers, change requests, and production notes in Confluence and other reference repositories. This three-month renewable engagement with a minimum one-year visibility supports a client leader in the large distribution sector, focusing on the Offer, Procurement, and Supply Chain information systems.
