Job Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A supports McKesson Canada with financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and consolidated financial analysis. Key responsibilities include serving as a contributor to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, acting as a trusted financial advisor, leading variance analysis, and supporting the establishment of performance metrics. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, CPA preferred, and at least 7 years of relevant experience, showcasing strong analytical skills, process improvement mindset, and proficiency in advanced Excel and various financial tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a major in Finance or Accounting
- CPA designation preferred
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in accounting and/or financial planning and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Experience with SAP, BPC, Hyperion, Thinkcell, Power BI, Power Query, and AI tools
