Job Summary
Analyze and interpret financial data to assess performance and profitability, preparing reports and KPIs that highlight trends, opportunities, and variances. Conduct financial analyses to formulate strategic recommendations and contribute to budget, forecast, and management presentation preparation. Collaborate with operational teams to support financial initiatives, identify risks, and optimize resource allocation while participating in special projects and ad hoc requests. Support business development initiatives, perform cost analysis for continuous improvement, and evaluate investment projects through progress monitoring and post-project analysis. Requires a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, 4+ years of experience, and bilingual proficiency in French and English. Hybrid work model available at 5800 St-Denis Street.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Strong command of both French and English, spoken and written
Desired Qualifications
- CPA designation preferred (or in progress)
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Power BI and financial modeling
