Job Summary
Conduct cost analysis and performance tracking for manufacturing operations by monitoring key performance indicators and identifying productivity improvements. Support the CFO and management team in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial closing while analyzing standard cost variances for materials, labor, and overhead. Collaborate with accounting and supply chain teams to maintain inventory accuracy, calculate cost of goods sold, and optimize logistics through make-or-buy decisions. Manage CAPEX/OPEX projects by performing ROI analyses and ensure data integrity within the ERP system for cost and inventory records.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou finance
- Titre CPA ou CMA - OU expérience pertinente de 5 ans et plus en analyse de coûts / prix de revient
- 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en finance, FP&A ou comptabilité de coûts
- Bilinguisme français / anglais requis
Desired Qualifications
- Expérience en environnement manufacturier ou chaîne d'approvisionnement
- Très forte maîtrise d'Excel (niveau avancé) : modélisation financière, analyses complexes, manipulation de données
- Expérience avec un ERP (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards ou équivalent)
