Job Summary
Analyst in Construction Finance role responsible for managing construction draws, reviewing cost reports, validating budgets, and drafting draw reports to fund projects on time. Will coordinate post-financing details after loan closings, track outstanding conditions, and communicate updates with internal funding teams, legal/notarial partners, and project inspectors. Supports workflow optimization using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and gradually develops underwriting skills through property valuations, borrower credit reviews, and market research. The position emphasizes autonomous, reliable administrative and analytical support within a fast-growing team, with bilingual proficiency in English and French considered an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in finance, economics, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
