Job Summary
Source potential software investment opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline. Execute financial modeling and commercial due diligence to support deal execution. Travel across LATAM to engage with businesses and foster industry relationships. This role offers hands-on M&A experience within an entrepreneurial culture focused on long-term value creation for software companies.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program or a recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Fluent in English and French
- Fluency or proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Company valuation methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
