Job Summary
Update technical procedures and guides, resolve complex problems and incidents, and evolve workstation configuration tools. Provide technical advice to users and collaborate on Office 365 and collaboration tool evolution. Install and configure hardware and software, manage licenses and production deployments, and prepare management reports. Participate in ITIL process development projects and conduct equipment acquisition planning. This role supports a multidisciplinary team at TEHORA, a Quebec-based firm specializing in technical services and project management for sectors including transportation and civil engineering. The position offers flexible hours and remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme universitaire de 1er cycle (BAC) en informatique ou en administration option système d'information organisationnelle, ou encore dans une discipline pertinente reconnue par le ministère de l'Éducation ou l'équivalent
- Huit (8) années d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information
- Six (6) années d'expérience pertinente à titre d'analyste en soutien des infrastructures technologiques, cumulées au cours des douze (12) dernières années
- Excellentes aptitudes techniques
- Excellentes connaissances
