Analyste en financement de projets

Develop and maintain project financial models, constructing and updating business plans with technical, tariff, and financing hypotheses. Analyze project profitability using TRI, IRR, DSCR, LCOE, CFADS, and VAN while building sensitivity analyses for debt/equity structures and energy prices. Prepare and lead banking financing dossiers, managing contractual obligations and refinancings for existing portfolios. Ensure compliance with bank covenants and external advisor requirements, including datas room preparation and condition precedent tracking. Monitor financial performance of operating assets to secure distributions and manage guarantees and off-balance sheet commitments. Coordinate with regional financial, legal, and technical partners across Mauritius, La Réunion, and Mayotte. Requires 4–6 years of project finance experience, advanced financial modeling skills, and expert Excel proficiency. Excellent English fluency mandatory.
