Job Summary
Conduct analyses and evaluations of needs, feasibility, costs, and technological impacts to support decision-making. Diagnose systems and recommend solutions to enhance performance and efficiency. Collaborate on implementing management processes for availability, capacity, configuration, and events, while supporting technology environment changes and production releases. Accompany support and operations teams in resolving reported problems and incidents, particularly during stabilization or warranty periods. Plan medium-complexity implementation activities and transfer knowledge to resources regarding operations. Document technical analyses, guides, procedures, and work methods in accordance with the Macroscope methodology.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme universitaire de 1er cycle (BAC) en informatique ou en administration, ayant la spécialisation « systèmes d'information organisationnels », ou encore dans une discipline équivalente reconnue par le ministère de l'Éducation ou l'équivalent
- Six (6) années d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies d'information
- Deux (2) années d'expérience à titre analyste en infrastructure Serveurs Windows
- Un mandat de 100 jours-personnes nécessitant une expertise dans l'utilisation des infrastructures web dans un environnement comparable à celui de l'organisation
